We want you to be thrilled with the service you get from the Digital Studio.
Before you buy a computer from anyone, you should call their service department and see how long it takes them to answer their telephone -- not a recorded message, but an actual person who will talk to you.
Also, none of our employees have that indeciperable foreign accent that you get from many tech support facilities. We definitely have accents, but it's that lovely West Texas twang that seems slightly out of kilter with technospeak, yet is completely in sync with our blend of good sense, good intentions, and a whole-hearted, honest effort to give you the best solution to your computer problems.
We don't offer 24 hour service. In fact, we believe that if your computer breaks in the middle of the night, you should go to bed and call us in the morning. It will probably still be broken after you wake up, but perhaps not (if you reboot it).
We do work pretty long hours, but we go home at night.
